Special Session Organization is highly encouraged. The goal of these special sessions is to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics or innovative applications of established approaches. A special session could address a particular theme or consist of work done in some particular international project. Sessions of similar topics may be proposed, if needed we will schedule them at different slots over the conference period.

    Each organized session should have a minimum of 6 papers. Session organizers will solicit submissions, conduct reviews and recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers. Special session organizers will be able to set their own submission and review schedules, as long as a set of accepted papers is determined by 20 June 2023. Each special session proposal should include:
     (1) the name, bio, and contact information of each organizer;
     (2) the title and a short synopsis of the session. Please send your proposal to icncfskd2023@hrbust.edu.cn .

    The allocated presentation time for each paper is 15 minutes, including questions and answers from the audience. There is no financial subsistence provided for session organizers and invitees. All participants including session organizers and invitees/participants are required to register and pay the registration fee.
